I reply within a few business days. It helps a lot if you mention your device, the app version (Settings → About → Version), and what you were doing when the problem showed up.
Frequently asked
I bought Lifetime Access and it did not unlock
Open Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. The purchase belongs to the store account you bought it with, so sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
If it still does not come back, email me with the purchase date and the email on your app account.
I got a new phone. Do I lose my decks?
No. Decks, collections, and wishlist live on your account, not on the device. Sign in with the same login and everything comes back.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. You can create and edit decks, mark cards, and adjust quantities offline — in line at the shop, at a tournament, on the bus. It syncs on its own once you are back online.
Card search does need a connection, because it queries an external database.
I cannot find a card in search
Search uses the public YGOPRODeck database. Very recent cards can take a while to appear there. Try the English name — coverage is usually broader.
Are the prices real market values?
No. The values are the ones you enter, so you can estimate what is left to spend. The app does not check shop prices and does not track the market.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
Deletion is permanent and immediate. It removes your decks, collections, wishlist, and the account record. There is no undo, and no copy is kept afterwards.
Lifetime Access belongs to your store account, not to your app account. If you create a new account later and use the same store account, Restore purchases brings it back.
I found a bug
Email me with the steps to reproduce it. A screenshot helps too — it usually answers half the questions I would ask.
